I am a registered psychotherapist offering virtual, trauma-focused psychotherapy to adults across Ontario, as well as in-person sessions in Peterborough, Ontario.
Trauma can show up in many ways—persistent anxiety, low mood, feeling on edge or shut down, difficulty trusting or connecting with others, changes in sleep or concentration, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your body. Through my work, I’ve seen how these experiences can quietly shape how someone relates to themselves, others, and the world. I’ve also witnessed the healing and renewed sense of steadiness and connection that can emerge with the right support.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of trauma, my aim is to offer a safe, supportive, and collaborative space. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, and gently make sense of what you’ve been carrying. From there, we’ll work toward a path forward that honours your story, your strengths, and what you need to feel more grounded and at ease.

I hold a graduate degree in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University.
In addition to my formal training, I have completed EMDR basic training and am working toward EMDR certification. I engage in ongoing consultation and professional development to support trauma-focused, ethical, and effective care for individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD and complex trauma.
